Standards

AMCed has developed Professional and Ethical Standards for Muslim Chaplains in Further and Higher Education, to bring a conformity of practice to an essential role in the UK. It is our hope that this Standards document will set a precedent for the work of Muslim chaplains across the UK and for it to be an inspiration for the development of standards for other practitioners in education and other fields of work, such as the prison service, airport, healthcare and other sector institutions.
